Grooming

Pet grooming requires a very personal touch - often the pet owner has a clear idea of what he/she wants their dog to look like (or not look like!) and it's my job to translate and understand what you have in mind and explain how I can achieve your expectations.

Your dogs comfort is my first and foremost priority. This is something I always keep in mind when discussing alternatives with you prior to starting the groom. I will make suggestions of what we can do that day, and in future visits, to achieve your pets ideal look. Often it's as simple as advising on the right brushes or combs to use at home, or the regularity of your visits to the Hair Off The Dog Grooming Parlour.

Prices depend on the breed of the dog, starting from £40 for a full groom and include all of the following in the price:

  • Nail Trim

  • Ear cleaning

  • Bathing

  • Hand drying (not using drying cabinet)

  • Clip or scissor to agreed specification

I only stock products that I have tried and tested and believe in. Currently I have the wonderful For All DogKind and Wildwash Shampoo and Conditioner. Their products contain NO chemicals! All added natural 'goodies' such as Neem oils for anti- inflammatory, antiviral, anti-fungal, flee deterrent and antibacterial qualities. As well as Sea Kelp which provides a huge array of vitamins and minerals, and Aloe Vera to nourish skins and promote cell regeneration whilst softening, healing and repairing.

We are now able to offer a brand new service – ultrasonic Teeth Cleaning for dogs; EmmiPet

• Gingivitis and periodontitis

• Oral cavity diseases

It is estimated that by the time they are 2 years old, 80% of dogs begin to show signs of oral disease.
